:truth-of-skin:
as much as the digital age of enlightenment has provided connection across borders (at least in the Western oriented portion of the world), classes, genders, generations and perspectives – facilitated by data and algorithms (even if the latter, as we full well know, has equally contributed to the severely detrimental creation of bubbles, silos and in some cases eventual deep division) – there is nothing that can replace the truth of skin: presence – physical presence – the in-person encounter in the here and now, the sharing of time and space; the fully embodied interaction with the field of the environment and/or the field of another person, all senses employed; but especially the largest organ, the skin, the factual but permeable perimeter between visible and invisible portions of our existence (full spectrum existence in other words); the skin, the conduit reading information of the present as well as aeons past, from the encountered fields of energies and realities – and the body then always remembering, because the body always knows... telling all information required for that moment, providing the optimal orientation and decision making device... the more centered and aligned – and especially the more feeling, the more coherent, the more aware – the more accurate.
