…multipassionate creatress.
former dancer; visual artist, poet, writer, translator…
I was born in Graz, a university town rich in culture and history, located in the middle of Styria, the 'green heart' of Austria – so named due to its extensive forest areas. After a childhood of competitive gymnastics, conservatory-level piano studies, some cheerleading and acting, I had an early start in architecture before zeroing back in on the performing arts. Later living and working in Vienna and Brussels, I then spent close to twenty years abroad – fifteen of those I called New York City home, with subsequent sojourns in Montreal, Manila and Hong Kong. Following my return to Europe I currently divide my time between Switzerland, Austria and Spain. I am native in German, proficient in English, aspiring in Spanish and conversational in French.
As a retired dancer with international performance experience I now am active in photography, videography, writing, translating, drawing, painting, as well as two- and three-dimensional design. Occasionally I still participate in physical theatre, same as I am delighted by every opportunity to choreograph – after having produced more than one hundred shows in the fields of dance, theatre, performance art and music. My additional areas of interest and engagement are wellness, clean green-tech, real estate, eco farming and eco forestry – and most importantly, empowerment of female principles and the feminine. In line with my core-interest of deeper meaning, I further apply myself towards studies in philosophy, energy systems and consciousness.
